Guided R.A.I.N. Meditation

Contrary to first thought, RAIN is a useful acronym denoting the goals of a meditation, rather than a rainy soundscape.

R - Recognize
A- Allow
I - Investigate
N - Nurture

You will RECOGNIZE and acknowledge the thoughts, feelings, and emotions you are experiencing. You will ALLOW these thoughts to exist without trying to change anything about them. You will INVESTIGATE your experience through questions like "Where is my attention flowing? What is the response in my body?" You will NURTURE yourself through active care once you have identified the pain points.
