I partner with organizations on Capacity Stewardship: rebuilding the focus, energy, and trust that exponential change keeps draining from leaders and teams. Grounded in trauma-informed practice and behavioral science, built from 13 years inside Google and a decade of coaching leaders through what work is becoming.

Work is changing faster than people can metabolize it. Burnout, disengagement, managers feeling like they need to hold it all together alone: that’s what capacity collapse looks like at scale.

Nobody designed it to be like this, but pretending it's not happening isn't the solution.

Diagnostic Engagement

A focused multi-week engagement to find where your leadership, team, or culture is actually stuck: the friction and drag nobody has named yet. You leave with a clear picture of what’s happening and a grounded plan for what to work on first. A low-commitment starting point.

Offsites and Hard Conversations

Facilitated sessions that say out loud what everyone in the building is already thinking: about AI, about the pace, about what’s getting lost along the way. Naming the problem in a room built to hold it is what turns anxiety back into capacity. These conversations are hard anywhere. My job is making them productive.

Leadership Development

Multi-month programs for emerging and senior leaders, combining one-to-one coaching, cohort learning, and applied practice. Capacity here gets built between people, in the daily norms of how teams actually run, because individual self-management tools stopped being enough years ago. The result is managers with the capacity to lead through change, which is the single biggest lever on retention you have.

Leadership Retreats

Custom nature-based immersions for leadership teams, delivered through Wild Rebellion with my partner Bex Burton. Contemplative practice and facilitated dialogue, designed around what your team actually needs.

Why me

I spent 13 years at Google, where I built training programs that reached 500,000 professionals and helped scale mindfulness programming to thousands of employees worldwide. And I’ve spent years working with journalists, one of the first knowledge professions to be impacted by the rapid pace of technology change, through SABEW, RTDNA, IRE, and others. The tools that helped them navigate that are now relevant to everyone. This work is built to fit the pace of your teams: nervous-system regulation, presence practices, and capacity habits that live inside the workday, where they actually get used.
